Your home should protect you — from heat, cold, moisture, noise, and failure. The building envelope is your first defense, and most builders treat it like an afterthought. At Evendell, we don’t.
We don’t build trend-chasing shells. We build structures with integrity — inside and out. That means a tighter envelope, smarter systems, and better building physics. If we wouldn’t live in it, we won’t build it.

Jake and his wonderful crew are consummate professionals. If you need something built and you want it to last, his team is who you want to do the job. We have four dogs and they built the most solid kennels (they are so well built we call it their mansion) we could have ever wished for, they are completely insulated and will protect our dogs from rain, hail and shine while giving them space to walk around and a cozy place to sleep. We also had a unique privacy fence built around our half acre and it's beautiful and will last centuries.
